Streamlining Payments
We scaled and fine-tuned for a seamless integration across multiple markets, including diverse methods such as Swish, Stripe, and PayPal, required meticulous coordination to ensure uninterrupted site functionality.
US Market Expansion
Launching Dockspot in the US presented unique challenges, as the marina processes differed from those in Europe. Our solution was to develop a new service model capable of accommodating diverse needs and booking inquiries, akin to Airbnb, with increased responsibility placed on the marinas.

Empowering Users with a Mobile App Experience
To enhance the user experience while on the move, we developed an API to support Dockspot’s mobile app. Our team managed the project, gathering requirements and developing the necessary API foundation to ensure a smooth app experience for users.
A Seamless User Experience
We streamlined payment processing by switching to Stripe as the payment provider for the US market, offering a unified experience across the platform. This transition not only improved the user experience but also reduced transaction costs. Additionally, we enhanced the marina interface, dedicating significant development resources to efficiently manage customer requests and bookings on the backend system.
